On January 7, Cinema Park invites you to the all-Russian premiere of the gripping thriller "The Maid," a screen adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name.
This is the story of a young woman, Millie, who takes a job working for a wealthy couple and soon discovers that her employers' secrets are far more dangerous than her own.
Amanda Seyfried ("Mamma Mia!", "The Diary of a Priest," the series "Mean Girls") and Sydney Sweeney ("Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," the series "Euphoria," "White Lotus") star in the two lead roles—Nina, the housekeeper, and her new assistant, Millie. Both actresses also served as executive producers on the project.
"The tension, fear, and comedy are so intertwined. It was a dream come true," said Paul Feig, director.
"Sydney and I were both thrilled with this story. Just being a part of it was so wonderful!" And I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to play Nina for anything. I really wanted it," said Amanda Seyfried, actress.
