

TSOMI - a new concept in fast casual format from the restaurant group Guliani Group (restaurants and Georgian shops Ojahuri, wine bar Megobari, cafe Kulinari and Khinkali House).
The basis of the Tsomi concept is 4 hits of Georgian cuisine from the dough (tsomi - translated from Georgian as “dough”).
The menu features Adjara boats, donuts, khinkali and pasties.
The first and most important place is occupied by Adzharian boats with peeled pastry with a thin crispy crust with various fillings, followed by the famous donuts in Tbilisi with custard with different tastes: classic, lemon and chocolate; khinkali and chebureks.
For example, here you can order classic Adjarian khachapuri, thin crispy dough boats stuffed with chicken, stewed in a creamy sauce or a boat stuffed with spinach and cheese. In the Khinkali section: traditional with minced beef and pork, with cheese, with mushrooms and specialties with chakapuli, which are prepared from lamb stewed in white wine with tarragon and plums. Chebureks are also prepared from similar fillings.

The bar offers homemade soft drinks, Georgian wines and beer, as well as signature chacha-based cocktails
