One day, Papa Carlo gets an ancient magic key that helps fulfill any wish. The lonely master wants only one thing - a son. The wish has almost come true, but even in fairy tales, not everything always goes according to plan - a log comes to life, from which a boy appears - smart, cheerful and ... wooden. Papa Carlo loves his son very much, but Buratino (that's what he called him) gradually understands that he is not like everyone else, and sets off on a long and adventurous journey to prove to his dad that he is a good and real son.
