Starting October 16th, Cinema Park invites you to see the gripping erotic thriller "Trophy," starring Igor Zhizhikin, Angelina Pakhomova, Fyodor Gamaleya, and Viktor Mikhailov.
The film follows the protagonist, Lina, who travels to a hunting villa in Karelia to spend a romantic weekend with Max, a football player at the end of his career. Their idyll is suddenly shattered by the arrival of Max's brother, Dan, who has just signed a contract with a famous football club, and their agent, Stepanych. The joyful celebration soon turns into a nightmare: an unexpected meeting between Lina and Dan ends in Lina's cruel treatment. In the wild and merciless forests of Karelia, Lina is forced to contend not only with external threats but also with betrayal—for Max turns out to be much more than he seemed. Will the fragile girl be able to withstand a deadly hunt where her life is at stake?
The vibrant and gripping action film "Trophy" marks the feature-length debut of director Mikhail Panik (Babchenko): "As a viewer, I've always been drawn to action thrillers, but in Russia and the CIS, they're rarely produced with the scope they deserve. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to make a name for myself in this way—by making an honest, spectacular, and, above all, stylish genre film. As a debutant, I could indulge this obsession and the naive belief that we were doing something important. In my opinion, we've succeeded in creating a vibrant, dynamic, and profound action thriller that's truly engaging to watch. I've poured everything I've got into "Trophy," and I really hope audiences will feel it."
